"Day 0: Before"
Okay so here’s my whole deal:
I’ve just recently graduated high school and I turn 18 shortly. I have a job that I work 5 days per week, and have a free day now until 3:30. So until I start work in my day, I’m going to start working out and eating a healthier diet.
Each day, I’m going to post progress (starting with this, Day 0). This picture isn’t impressive and it’s actually taking some form of confidence to post this.
The idea is that I become healthier and look better. I’m really excited to stick with this, now that I have all of the free time.
Also, part of this includes swimming so that farmer’s tan will certainly disappear.
